Hostile

War target was chosen by me as 1:4 because it was once mentioned during the few periods we were waving and instead of voting, I thought we should just give it a go to gain back activities.

Once selected, we decided to give them a wave and bait them into a war which looks positive since they bite on our bait. 1:4 was a province with roughly 17 provinces weighting 3.4 million net worth. Big acres with high defence and high TPA were their strength and perhaps their weakness too.

We had 22 provinces which weights 3.3 million net worth. Out of these 22 provinces, 2 (Stanley Steamer and Ophiuchus) were having their vacations (Real Life Time). This also means that we had more provinces, smaller in arces and smaller networth compared.

Our plans was to target mainly Always Hungry and Sir Lunchalot during hostile since they were their middle size players and we aim to weaken them so that we can move up to their bigger provinces once war start as they had too many big sized province to handle for any 48 hour war.

1:4, however was keeping yiolo and TNT occupied since one was our biggest player and another the more active one. They were returning hits slowly but definitely and when we had the status to hostile, they were only unfriendly, thus giving the button to them.

An unfortunate incident happened hours before 1:4 clicked the button, Yvee and Nightmare (brothers) were deleted from server due to same IP and some dispute the game admin had. They thus were not able to offer their service in this war.

Dragon

We know they needed a dragon but were unsure they preferred which colour and thanks to USS’s suggestion, he knew they love a Red Fluffy. Our dragon (Red Fluffy) took 40 hours to take flight but stayed in the kingdom till end of the war. 9/19 provinces contributed and these means more provinces could chip in future wars.

War

During war, the first few hours were dedicated to 1:4 with 6 attacks on them. They however took a drought and we gave them an 18 hit combo within the next 12 hours. Good suggestions were given by Kernow for T/M target at start when he knew that the one I chosen was too much for the T/M to handle and gongshow was ultimately the chosen one. The change worked and within a day, 1:4 had defects.

- Renzokuken Twix has defected to Icetea and Friends (11:20)!

With this change of events, we dedicated a Nightmare Special initially for Strixxas Il Kumitat but realised that pornographic superstar will be more honoured to receive it. With the wave (Good Job T/Ms), we brought his army defense down by half and a couple of hundred acres were stolen before they surrendered. We missed out on a few attacks but Bad Guys and Stuff and USS had predicted with confidence that they will surrender on minimum time once porno felt the threat that he will go down.

And so we got the win and they had more and more provinces defecting after the surrender.

I think this was an easy war so we shouldn’t be complacent. This won’t have been that easy without the great strategies produced by Sadrith Mora, yiolo and Kernow. Advices provided by the rest of the players were greatly deciding factors too and I don’t have to name you guys because you know it yourselves. Please keep it coming in future wars.

Some provinces were still lacking the activity but I understand R/L takes priority and I do see some improvements in activity and believe it can only get better.

Activity wise, we definitely did at least 100% better than 1:4 but we can work on our failed attacks. Mage wise, we definitely did 1000% better in this department compared to 1:4. But I do realise we don’t have enough offense to create an impact which might be a worrying factor in more challenging wars.
