Early age

We were searching for an early war but things didn’t work out very quickly. We were great in waving but kingdoms had problems accepting a war this early in the age. Either we look too organize or we were actually too active for their liking, kingdoms were not bothered. We waved 5 kingdoms and accepted their ceasefire, only to get a war with 7:39.

Hostile

As we had the same mindset that 7:39 is going to ceasefire us eventually, we did not walk into the hostile period with a proper plan. We continued our land grabs like how we approached other kingdoms.

Something seems amiss after a couple of attacks from our side, like in the 10th to 15th hour as there were a couple of Ops and intel collection from 7:39. Like how a storm always approaches before the calm, we decide to go into massacre mode just before their massacre waves arrives. This 21 hour duration hostile was quickly went ahead after their monarch clicked the war button and we realised that it was too late to do massacre in a war.

During hostile, we gained 861 acres in 13 traditional attacks while we lost 9658 people in 8 massacre attacks. In this process, we grew slightly landfat and did bring the networth gap between the two kingdoms closer. To worsen the situation, they had control of the button and waved us while our army was out.

Dragon

7:39 was had a plan of destroying our kingdom’s economy to win the war. They had a built consisting of many Human Merchants and Halflings. They were able to fund the dragon easily with those Humans Merchants who produces money like nobody’s business. And even if those Merchant fails, they have the Halflings to do the steals, which actually creates 2 impacts, we have lesser money to build up our economy during war and they have more money to either dump into dragon or aid their wounded provinces.

-    Funding of Dragons

7:39 took 6 hours to fund their first dragon and didn’t take that long to get their second dragon over the moment we had their first killed.

In actual fact, it didn’t even take One minute for the new dragon to arrive.

The reason why they were able to have their second dragon sent almost immediately was pretty much because of their activity and a huge load of luck.

They had a province wanting to attack Mother Cluckers during that moment who was at the same time waiting to slay the dragon. The province that was collecting intellgence on Mother Cluckers must have derived that our dragon will be killed off any moment after they noticed the drop in Mother Cluckers’s networth and the sudden drop in his Def or Off. Most likely the assumption was affirmed after snatching news during that period.

Back to our First dragon funding, although we took 25 hours to fund our first dragon, we had more provinces (16) taking part in the funding this time round despite our economy being badly hindered in this early age war with their Gold dragon. This meant that our provinces are all pretty much smaller and less equipped with gold in this early age.

The best case scenario would obviously be for all our 22 provinces to partake in this donation. Take for an example of 50k donation from the remaining 6 provinces which will sum up to 300k which is actually like 10% of the dragon. I understand the micro factor that some provinces are chained, needing to aid etc but I hope the big picture is being considered by all here because this have been our weaker department recently.

We sent our dragon to 7:39 on March 5 of YR1 and the last I checked on March 18 of Yr 1, our dragon is killed. That’s 13 hours or less in total for them.

We however took 63 hours to do so. I understand there are ideas of only sending Specs to the dragon if the province is being chained and we will live with the dragon. We will need to decide on One idea and stick with it in our next war. I will create a poll soon and we decide on what to do in event of dragon.

War

Based on the stats shown, I do not see that we are not active at all but it’s just luck that we met a kingdom this active to start with. It was not very unexpected as any kingdom that is willing to war this early is usually pretty active to start with but I do think we put up a good fight.

95hours/12hours/attack = roughly an average of 7 to 8 Unique deems a great performances from the provinces.

Any provinces doing 5 and 6 attacks need to contribute much more in the next war while provinces doing 3 or less needs to provide an explanation to the kingdom. But this does not means those who were active this war should slack next.

One point to note was the number of failed attacks should be worked on. If we were to be able to get minimum failed attacks any war this age, it might be a deciding factor for any war win or loss.

Despite the loss, I think the kingdom worked pretty well together this time round on average which I would give an 8 out of 10 performance.

Attack - I had a 11.9 hour per attack length. My gains were average and I was left to grow. Maybe I was not a threat to them at all and thus they did not bother about me much. I should have attacked more on their smaller provinces but I wanted our smaller guys to had better gains to substain themselves but I might be wrong.
T/M - Despite being a mage, My wpa was crap and I failed many times. Probably because of the massacre at the start and early age. I did some ops, some steals for dragon and some CB. The only other thing I could do was to provide my runes to better Mages around to do the spells. I did not do well at all in this department.
Dragon - I contributed some to both dragon fund and some to the dragon kills.

Attacks gain was slightly below average but definitely on allocated targets and the only thing about this war for you was the number of failed attacks but I think the problem might be from my side since I indicated the amount to break through and you followed. Please do your SOT and SOM in future before attack as well to minimize the error from the SOT and SOM collected. Still a very great effort.
T/M - No Spells or Theives posted. Like what I told others, I hope to see a little on your mage activity next war. 2 or 3 successful off spells or thief when added together by all attacks will add up to be the strength of 1 or 2 great mage or rouge strength.

Attack - You had a 11.9 hour per attack length but you had many hits largely due to the fact you were chain down. I hate to read your columns because its so filled... One failed attacks and one attack on non target. But you fought hard to stay afloat and without your preservance, this war would have ended way earlier. Sandbag award goes to you and Bad Guys.
T/M - Despite being taken down, you tried a couple of spells which was good.
Dragon - I don't expect you to fund the dragon since I doubt you have income coming in but you did contributed alot to dragon #1 killing.

Attack - 3 uniques, pretty much says it all. I understand that you are new to the game and sadly you got hit big time from start by their massacre. But you need to continue the hitting every time your army is back like the rest to have the acres come back. In the 3 hits you made, the first was good. The second was on a wrong target and for the third attack, you could have used the same amount of offense to hit Alex 4 times. It would have made a difference but because of the inactivity between the wars, alex got back up with your acres. You will need to do a much better job in the next war, if not I would need to invite you out of the kingdom.
T/M - You are still doing ops and intels during the war despite the inital wave on you. I understand the impact of the wave and good job on still being able to contribute.
Dragon - You helped out a little in funding the first dragon which was good and you helped killed off the dragon at the end.

Attack - 0 attacks. We will need you to have a little offense to grow like 10 to 20% each war. With your size and capability, keeping the small provinces down will be greatly felt in future wars. And that shouldn't be affecting your tpa and wpa greatly.
T/M - Did a load of ops during war. But I felt you were missing during the early part of the war. But the later part, the spells were greatly felt.
Dragon - Did plenty of funding and killing of dragon which created a strong impact.
